Carolina Law Enforcement officials and it gives us a better idea of what happened when officer Michael Slager first made contact with walter scott. Saturday morning in north charleston, South Carolina 50yearold walter scott sat inside his car after being stopped by officer Michael Slager who pulled scott over for a broken taillight.
