Trial date for december 14th that adam torres fainted in court. If you take a look, you can see First Responders on scene. They rushed inside to assist the former officer that fainted. It was about 30 minutes ago that they rushed inside to assist the former officer, facing a Second Degree murder charge. He didnt appear to show any signs of emotion until that moment. During court today, his attorney argued that the judge should set bond for him because he has roots in the community and doesnt pose a threat to anyone. The prosecution says hes a danger to the community because it was two years that he said he shot and killed john geer who had his hands up. This started in august of to 20 13. Police responded to the house after a domestic call. They arrived and asked geer come outside. He mentioned he had guns and a gun was on the ground near him.
