He is, i think, appropriately highlighting that the cost of restabilizing countries like libya, syria, iraq and continuing to hold together countries like nigeria and pakistan is going to be substantial. And we need to engage in a bipartisan and thoughtful way in advancing why it is in americas interests to prevent the collapse of even more larger and potentially dangerous states.
