Out of an open window firing a long rifle. First at his neighbors homes and cars, and then at police. Even at the helicopters hovering overhead. It was reported that shots were fired at residents and at some of the cars that were parked on the street. We had multiple officers arrive on scene. Officers reported that this individual was shooting at them. Rounds were striking the ground near where the officers were. At one point the suspect, identified as 32yearold jesse enjand was spraying painting a womans home. I heard like several rounds together, about five.
