This is video of the water rushing past casablanca inn on the bay where at least a couple dozen people are trapped including a number of children. The mayor there predicts damage to the city will be widespread. Many homes have been pounded by waves and the storm surge could only get worse. Fox news says five people have died so far as a result of the storm. Two of those were medical related deaths in saint lucy county. They happened after the county was forced to suspend its emergency services. The items seized from matthews car and apartment last week. New items, including some clothes were seized in a second search yesterday. They were taken to the crime lab today. Of. Through the investigation, we determined there were other items we needed to look for, and thats why a second search warrant. We made a note about these items when we did the first search warrant.
