The farm shows how they prepare fresh cow and carabao’s milk through manual milking. Using freshly harvested milk, they demonstrate a simple way to make a Kasilyo popular known as Kesong Puti. Taste the flavors of fresh cow’s milk mixed with freshly picked langka to produce a delectable Leche Flan with Langka at Gatas ng Baka. Chef JR puts a Pinoy twist to a pasta dish as he prepares some Penne with Tomatoes and Kesong Puti.
