Eager to learn more about dairy products, Food Explorer and Chef JR Royol visit San Gregorio Farm and Leisure in Sta. Maria, Bulacan.
The farm shows how they prepare fresh cow and carabao’s milk through manual milking. Using freshly harvested milk, they demonstrate a simple way to make a Kasilyo popular known as Kesong Puti.
Taste the flavors of fresh cow’s milk mixed with freshly picked langka to produce a delectable Leche Flan with Langka at Gatas ng Baka. Chef JR puts a Pinoy twist to a pasta dish as he prepares some Penne with Tomatoes and Kesong Puti.
