I especially want to note that beyond the heavy funding theres the funding for the community that historically has been i think forgotten and not taken care of and thats the trarndz community. This addresses those concerns but theres basic health needs that this community is being addressed through the funding to hire a surgeon to do top surgery this city should about done this but we can say we did this.
