The ritzcarlton. Reporter good morning, guys, it might be kind of hard to tell with the clouds and the mist but its supposed to be great weather in the halfmoon area this weekend. If you are planning on visiting any of the beaches, know an advisory has been issued. Several great white sharks have been spotted off the coast, and people are being told to enter at your own risk. Yesterday, the San Mateo Sheriffs Department tweeted great white sharks seen in halfmoon bay, multiple pilots flying over san mateo coast have spotted great white sharks in the water, if visiting the area, please use caution. The sharks responded between the ritzcarlton and pillar point in halfmoon bay. According to marine biologists, great white sharks are known to swim off the coast of california.
