this is a conversation about florida s signature match law. the nelson campaign challenging the way this law is interpreted. the first big thing i d point out is that the judge specifically asked one of the witnesses testifying from the secretary of state s office if any of these ballots were tossed out or any were voters attempting to vote fraudulently. she said there was no reason to believe that. that s the first point. that is probably good for the nelson campaign. on the bad side for the nelson campaign, there s been a question about how many of these ballots are available to be counted in the overall total. they need a significant number of them. i m going to show you an exhibit brought into the court here. you can t see this. this is a spreadsheet of all 67 counties. they ve gone through and called every county to ask how many of these ballots have been tossed out because of the signature match and they ve talked to 46 of the counties. so far there s only 3,600
