We begin with pasco county deputies. He ran out of his burning home. It caught fire as he was cooking marijuana wax. Investigators are hunting him down but tonight, hes still on the run. This home is an empty shell of charred debris. The man who lived here, let two dogs die so he could save his drugs. This is steven brown. Pasco deputies say hes a hardened drug dealer. They say he started this fire that sparked his home in port ritchie. September 3rd, mayor took out his phone and started rolling. He caused the fire by trying to make the wax form marijuana. Something happened and it caused an explosion and fire. The 1yearold baby, girlfriend and two dogs were inside. He left the house and left the two dogs that were caged up. Instead of saving the dogs, he wants to save the dogs. Deputies arrested his girlfriend and his friend, they say the same is intact for brown or anyone else helping him.
