This vote today the ptc came from objections mayor from bob buck horn. The legislation that urged the pcp to vote on the state law to be formulated. Uber and lyft packed the ptc and had to have an overflow room because it was so packed. The p tc gave preliminary approval for new rules to require fingerprint background checks for drivers. Uber and lyft maintains e leare not about safety but designed by Cab Companies to keep the Ride Sharing Services out of Hillsborough County. The backwards president ial nominees that dominated the meeting was to limit competition. Not anything to do with safety. It is scheduled for the next meeting in october. There is also a Court Hearing that may impact this, josh. Ing serves in county. N does this mean uber and lyft will keep operating in the county . It does. Uber said they might pull out if the rules are enacted. Right now the ptc is saying that they will no longer ticket drivers until all of be worked out perhaps until the court case is settled so for now at least, Ride Sharing Services like uber and lyft will continue to operate. You will need live moss. You can use the same moss that you will use for orchids if you grow them. You will soak that overnight so it gets moisture. Take spotted fern and shake off some of the dirt. But youre going to want to soak that and you just wash it in some water and you can see it some of the dirt comes off. You dont have a lot of dirt. Take a handful of moss and wring it out and place it on amount that you can find in all shapes and sizes. We will start to mount it and you can see the ferns over top of it. And you will use fishing line to mound the fern. Get out the staple gup. You want to make sure that line is underneath and then just staple it in. And keep winding the fishing line around your fern and staple it anyway. You will repeat and again until your fern is secure on the mound. About 8 to 10 times. Hide your line with a little extra moss and watch it grow. This brown will grow over top of it and you will get new ones and that will hide the line and staples and the green will grow up and out.
