I would aware of it and when i first read it i probably could give the training and luckily i went through and found a little bit. But it it its something by the need to think about. Its strongly recommended that all commissioners receive training to we very specific qualifications assigned to each seats so its probably for jurisdictions that dont have requirements in terms of preservation and the standards.
