Delhi has been experiencing plunging temperatures and dense fog, due to which today, more than 100 flights at the Delhi IGI Airport have been delayed and close to 80 flights have been cancelled.
Delhi has hit an all-time low and has witnessed the coldest morning of the season as the temperature drops to 3.3 degree Celsius. Know more about the weather in the national capital.
As per DGCA, airlines should provide food to passengers when facing delays. However, this rule is not fixed and varies based on the 'block time' of the flight. 'Block time' is simply the duration of the flight.
