SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir administration has decided to withhold two increments of an official in Kashmir Valley after a probe found him guilty of negligence in discharge of his official duty concerning the upkeep and distribution of national flags during the last year’s “Har Ghar Tiranga” p.
The Indian national flag, also called the “Tricolour” or “Tiranga”, must be completely destroyed in private when it is damaged and it should either be burned or interred, Union Home Affairs Ministry stated.
