Breaking news is in oakland where authorities are searching for a prisoner who escaped from highland hospital. This is a live picture over the scene. Lots of police are down there right now. The hospital is located on east 31st street. The almeda county Sheriffs Department is leading the search. Some of them standing on the roof right there.
