Passenger. Shu cheryl hurd joins us. What happened . Reporter police say getting into an argument is one thing. But this situation could have turned deadly. We talked to the victim behind the wheel. He says he was in bump to bumper traffic on this roadway when someone started driving erratically. He set up right next to us car and started road raging us, basically yelling at us. Reporter that yelling turned into a heated argument. I rolled my window down telling him he was driving illegal, that was not a lane and he was going to hurt somebody. Reporter the driver and his passenger spoke to us on the condition we didnt reveal his identity. They say this man got out of a White Mercedes that looks similar to this one and approached the victims car. He reached into my vehicle, striking my partner, punching him in the face. The driver said he stood in front of the suspects car trying to stop him until the police arrived. They went on to say the man drove off, striking him with the mercedes
