At the end of the civil war, African Americans who were released from their bondage immediately thought about creating their own lives with their own resources. Some of the worst air quality here in california in the world, however, it was much better out there today, this was the view of San Francisco, the skyline from the east bay, the improved air quality is giving businesses a glimmer of hope kron fours taylor sackey stopped by several restaurants today that started to see an uptick in business and she joins us now live in the city with more taylor then we moved into that better air quality tonight and you can see here behind me that people are still taking advantage of it now earlier today we were in that moderate level but even then restaurants say that it was a breath of fresh air could because finally they were seeing customers sitting outside at the restaurants yet again. The first time in a while because of that that air quality and they say its something that is much needed right now after hitting that second hurdle in the pandemic. When you have the sun and you have the smoke moving through, different wavelengths of light are able to pass through. Red and orange is able to pass through that smoke while shorter wavelengths in the blue color are not. So it leaves us with this red to orange color. Now, check this out. Even though we have all that smoke i showed you, air quality is reading moderate to unhealthy, but the way it looks, youd think it would be reading very unhealthy. For the killing of Brianna Taylor, the only charges brought by the grand jury were 3 counts of wanton endangerment those counts against fired officer Brett Hankison for shooting into taylors neighbors homes during the raid on her apartment again the counts do not address taylors killing on twitter then crop. A lawyer for taylors family called the decision quote outrageous and offensive riding that ex officer hanna says actions should have been ruled wanted murder. Heres a live.
