Next month if the California Coastal Commission Approves certain changes to the countys coastal plan. Its going to drag the Property Values way down. I think thats my biggest concern. And then my ability to do any type of maintenance or to put on a new roof. Reporter it comes down to two major changes out of thousands. They are redefining flood zones according to the worst possible scenario that could happen 100 years from now creating a much more Bleak Outlook for the future than the countys plan. Secondly, because of that outlook, itwould make most construction and maintenance on structures west of highway 1 virtually impossible. What we feel is that the staff of the Coastal Commission wants to take those and turn them into a case study for all the other communities along the coast in a way that enforces management.
