There was an of explosion. A package ask loaded. An investigation is underway in alameda after a package exploded at a home, where a Police Officer possibly lives. A neighbor says the package was delivered to the home of an off duty officer who noticed the package had wires coming out of it. He threw it into the street where it exploded, it is a little bit of tree shopping that we are going to do today. You might notice that the selection is smaller and prices are higher. With his family when he saw the mangled wreckage of a chp officer and a red cadillac that was speeding by him earlier. That cadillac was probably doing 20 to 30 Miles Per Hour faster than us eshared these pictures. He says the cadillac rear ended the Highway Patrol suv as the two officers were parked near the on ramp to 880 south. Stein says the officer sitting in the driver seat, Jonathan Velasquez was shaken, but ok, but the other officer, 33year old Andrew Camilleri was not. Andrew was unconscious at the time and no pulse. The vehicle was covered in gasoline, so we wanted bystanders and andrew to get out of the car. Stein says he dragged camilleri out of the car after a chp officer broke out the window. His wife, who is a nurse, also rushed in to help. Once we got him out of the car, we got him through the window and got him laid down on the ground. My wife started administering cpr immediately.
