Neighbors on all three streets say this is highly unusual for the area. Very surprising. Usually a really quiet block. One of the problems of being in a nice quiet neighborhood is that you can get lulled into a sense of complacentsy and not take them as seriously. For katie and her parents they are extra careful. Building. There was a point when we did hear some extinguishing equipment being fired off by fire crews. Weve not heard that for about the last 30 minutes. Now the big trick with an electrical fire is you cannot pour water on it because water conducts electricity and theres the risk of electrocution and having the fire spread. You have to put some sort of foam or some sort of nonconducting chemical on top of that fire to suppress it. We havent heard that in about the last half hour. Since we havent heard that or seen that weve seen the fire crews pretty much hanging back and weve seen these flames spread. Again, no one injured at this point that we have heard from official reports from either the Philadelphia Fire Department or from peco and were told everyone has been evacuated from the facility. So depends where you are, just how cool it will be at the onset, at the airport anyway, it is technically still pretty mi
