As a result, San Francisco has been able to do some transformative work and im really proud of it. We knew that there was a need to recruit and retain Early Childhooded educators and we have been able to provide increase in salaries with subsidies that lead to over 1600 early educators receiving raises of 12 thousand, which helps us with not only recruitment, it helps with rete
