I feel like it is a red herring to hit the sound issue. You can do improvements. When you are not out of compliance. In the interest of time i will give you an example. Washington square is quiet. I dealt with a venue. What i found in the residence sound level 30decibels. That was quiet. Venue was raising that seven or eight. Interior noise code sets the maximum exposure a venue can cause on the resdidnts to be 45. It net got up to 47. This is an issue in that area. I was saying i think there are some things he could do to satisfy the commission. He should be given the opportunity. In the least, you know, maybe you guys should consider laxing the conditions pending whatever work that you want. Then go from there. Thanks. Thank you. Any other Public Comment . Front line of the fire. Good evening im julie haener. And im frank somerville. By the time our helicopter headed home this evening the amount of smoke had diminished quite a bit and containment has reached 20 but the damage is done. The rocky fire has been burning for six days and scorched 67,000 acres. So far two dozen homes have been destroyed. We get the latest from noelle walker. Reporter it is like a different day out here on the rocky fire than what i experienced yesterday. We drove around much of the perimeter except for the far northern section. The newest section of this fire. It looks so much different. Such a more calm atmosphere than the hustle and bustle of the fire. Earlier we made it to rocky road, thats the road that gave the fire its name to find out what is left. Reporter tonight we got our first look down rocky creek road where the rocky fire got its start and many homes met its end. Totally gone. Like a big hole in the end. I call it teeny tiny toilet town. Crews from contra costa responded to the delta pines apartment complex after witnesses say fire was visible from one of the units. It spread to the roof and then to a big next door. Two buildings in the complex were damaged. What started it is under investigation. Were thinking 32 units are impacted between the two buildings. Its kind of hard to say a damage estimate at this point in time until were able to get inside and take a look at what the extent of the damage is. Reporter we spoke to several residents affected by the fire. About 30 people displaced. That number is likely to increase. One family said they lost everything except for a few pictures that the contra costa firefighters were able to save. Another man said he yelled as loud as he could to get residents out. I just losting lot everything. Everything i have w
