Reporter this neighbor describes the scene shot on the cell phone video as a fire broke out in this apartment just after midnight, killing a tenyearold girl on the second floor. She had a lot of life, you know. Always happy. And shes gone now. Reporter family friend otis had to stop the little girls father from rushing in. He was trying to go back in the fire to get his daughter. Reporter but the fire was coming out of all windows and doors. But it wasnt nothing he could do, because the house is engulfed in flames. My main concern was getting him away from there. Reporter by the time the firefighters got there, they couldnt save her either. Every angle we approached, we had fire. So we tried from the front.
