They have the off ramp to 95 northbound to broad street blocked as you come off of the girard point bridge, you can see the Police Activity here. Were being told that is preparations for the Big Convention next week. So, stay to your left coming away from the airport headed northbound along 95. But no reason to avoid the vine street expressway this morning. Overnight construction was canceled and were hearing they will not close the vine again until after the convention so youre good
