Authorities are investigating a head-on collision on Route 369 that resulted in the death of two drivers - a 75-year-old woman and a 17-year-old boy. A dog in one of the vehicles also was killed in the crash.
The Broome County Sheriff's Office said two people and a dog were killed in the crash. The Chenango Forks CSD identified one of the deceased as a student.
