fema runs out of money on monday. can you believe we have gotten to this point in this country with the budget debate that we may not give the victims of joplin, missouri, and the flooding from irene, disaster relief? dave: the big problem in north dakota, and they cannot get and town because of lack of fema funds, but, peter mentioned the super committee, and, to me that is the issue. i would be afraid if i were the defense department, that is the trigger, they are slashed if they cannot agree. they still have until november on that. disaster relief, this used to be a nonpartisan, bipartisan issue, and everyone wanted to help victims of disaster relief and now we will fight over that, even. incredible. we will see how this unfolds
