Just outside of southcentral Alameda County, the Alameda Creek has one in place until 4 30 pm and also for the Santa Cruz Mountains which includes felton and been loman, Flash Flood Warning in place in the 1 30 pm. The storm has caused widespread damage. Trees have come down in every part of the bay area. Power lines are also down. Thousands of pg e customers are in the dark right now.
