Block away. Residents are being told to evacuate out of an abundance of caution. Officials say theres still hope of finding survivor, but Cnns Wolf Blitzer can tell us on the ground in surfside. And this big revelation today, which is not going to come as any comfort to anybody on the ground there that an engineer warned three years ago that there were major structural issues with the building.
