GRAND TOWER, ILLINOIS (WSIL) After being closed for more than two years, Devil s Backbone Park is set to reopen this week. The camp will open at a limited capacity, and bring more sites and services online throughout the season. Flood waters first closed its gates in 2019, followed by the pandemic and a denial of disaster funding through FEMA. Now, Bryant is commending the campground for its local efforts in rebuilding.
