KATHMANDU, March 24: The National Natural Resources and Fiscal Commission (NNRFC) has proposed the fiscal equalization grant to be provided to the provinces and local governments in the upcoming fiscal year 2081-82 BS (2024-25) and recommended its implementation to the federal government.
