Reporter three of the 20 women suing lyft appeared before reporters saying they had been sexually assaulted by the ride share companys drivers. Their lawyer. The bottom line is lyft does not take safety of their passengers seriously and never has. Reporter this is the second lawsuit filed against lyft since september. 14 individuals said in that suit they were the victims of rape and Sexual Assault by their driver. Since September Lyft says it has added more safety features. Bomberger says they dont work. The reason we know these dont work, eight of the women that are part of this lawsuit had their incidents occur after these features were in play.
