Winds gusting to 40 mileperhour and the sierra will pick up snow fall. This is a major snow producer in the sierra. Winter storm warning starting right now at 12 00 wednesday lasting through thursday and into friday morning. Here is a progression of this next system coming onboard up toward eureka and youll notice it is dry in the south bay. Dry out toward the east bay, but San Francisco, theres lots of clouds in place, but rainfall approaching the north coast. Of showers move through earlier this evening. Behind that initial line showers are more scattered in nature. But live doppler 7 tracking it all. Showing you the scattered showers along the peninsula from san mateo forest city to sand carlos on 101. Its raining at this hour. We hop to the east bay and a similar stet up from san leandro a downpour moving through hayward. Pushing to dublin. Light showers expected inland the next 20 minutes or so. To the south we go. The south bay had heavier rain about an hour ago. That line pushing out with the cold front. But behind that initial line there is another wave of energy were watching.
