Before 1 50 pm. I80 is shut down in both directions there. The chp is saying that the highway could potentially be shut down until midnight, depending on how long this fire burns. Contra Costa Health Services is calling this an emergency. A shelterinplace remains in effect for people in crockett and rodeo. Lets get you straight to our reporter, who has been live.
