When the police came to the parents house to inform them that their teenage son had been arrested, thats when they saw the suspicious chemicals inside the house, decided to take the extra precaution and call in the fbi and atf. Asli bomb squad went in, residents were forced out. You see a yellow line across your street and evacuated, you want to make sure is that far enough. Is that safe enough.
