Three Frontier Corps soldiers were killed and one was injured after a convoy of security forces came under attack in Quetta, the ISPR said Sunday.
The ISPR, the Pakistani militaryâs media wing, said the soldiers were martyred in an exchange of fire with terrorists.
They were identified as Lance Naik Syed Hussain Shah, Sepoy Faisal Mehmood and Sepoy Nauman-ur-Rehman, it added.

Three soldiers of the Frontier Corps embraced martyrdom, while five others sustained injures in the line of duty during two separate terrorist activities in Quetta and Turbat areas of Balochistan, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement Sunday.
According to the military s media wing, in Margret, Quetta, terrorists targeted FC troops deployed on security duties. During the exchange of fire, three soldiers laid their lives, while one sustained injuries.

In another terrorist activity in Sherbandi, Turbat terrorists targeted soldiers patrolling along Pak- Iran Border where four FC soldiers got injured.

CM Sindh orders providing Covid vaccine to private hospitals for free inoculation

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has directed the health department to start giving Covid-19 vaccines to private hospitals with the directive that these vaccines would be administered to the people free of charge.
Presiding over a meeting of the provincial Covid-19 Task Force at the CM House on Thursday, he said that as per a National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) decision, all private hospitals were required to inoculate the public with Covid-19 vaccines and asked the health department to ensure that the vaccine was provided to private health facilities for vaccinating the masses.
