Officials say the suspect was involved in a freeway shooting earlier in the day, leading to a chase across the bay area. Heres a live look at the scene from fairfield. You can see officers still surrounding that car. Two suspects. Excuse me. Two lanes of eastbound 80 are now open with westbound lanes open to traffic. The scene has been active there since 330 this afternoon. You can see some of those investigators combing through that vehicle.
