It was brought to our attention last year that there were some issues, and were going to bring to your attention that we can fix things. Furthermore, the mayor and governor have issued emergency orders suspending select laws applicable to boards and commissions, making it possible to hold Commission Hearings remotely. On april 3, 2020, the Planning Commission received authorization from the Mayors Office to reconvene through may 3, 2020, recognizing that the commissi commissions condition of concern projects is an essential consideration.
