KOTA KINABALU, Feb 2 Popular Muslim preacher Ebit Lew has today claimed that he had to abandon his humanitarian plans to visit other islands around Semporna, two days into his visit amid the movement control order (MCO).
In a Facebook post, he also apologised to the Bajau Laut villagers in Semporna which he allegedly mass converted into Islam recently, saying he could no longer continue on his mission to aid the community.

LAHAD DATU: Preacher Ustaz Ebit Lew visited a church here, Friday, as part of his 10-day humanitarian mission.
During his visit to the St Dominic Catholic Church, Lew gave them 100 sets of food boxes, 10 wheelchairs and face masks.
Taking to his Facebook, the preacher shared he met with the church’s Father Simon.

“He is a kind and gentle man,” he shared, adding that he and Father Simon spoke about the importance of love and sharing kindness.

PETALING JAYA, Jan 13 Preacher Ebit Lew has been actively reaching out to provide aid to flood victims since the disaster hit several parts of Malaysia.
On one of his relief missions in Pahang, Lew met a rather familiar face, as he chanced upon the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah in Temerloh.
Lew uploaded an image of himself standing beside Sultan Abdullah and Crown Prince of Pahang Tengku Hassanal Ibrahim Alam Shah Al-Sultan Abdullah today, as he spoke of how proud he was to meet the King.

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 6 ― Preacher Ustaz Ebit Lew has stepped up to reach out to victims of the floods that ravaged parts of Malaysia.
In a post on his Facebook page, Ebit Irawan Ibrahim Lew @ Lew Yun Pau shared his activities in Kuala Lipis, Pahang over the past two days backed by a convoy of 10 four-wheel drive vehicles and a boat.
“When we arrived, many roads were cut off.
“Lorries or motorcycles waited for 24 hours as they could not continue with their journey.
