off. trump s endorsement didn t make any difference to me. i totally respect president trump, but i m a georgian and i have opinions. a massacre in buffalo shakes the country. white supremacy is a poison. no evil racist person will scare me out of many i community. did america s so-called racial reckoning actually change anything? inside politics, the biggest stories sourced by the best reporters now. good morning and welcome to inside politics sunday. i m abby phillip. two of the biggest primary contests are playing out in georgia and pennsylvania. if the polls are right, georgia republicans are about to deal former president donald trump his biggest political defeat of the year. governor brian kemp is on his way to what looks like a landslide victory despite 18 months of trump attacking him for not helping him steal the 2020 election. trump recruited an opponent, ex-senator david perdue. what matters is georgians. that s what i m running on. i ve been do
supreme court. now, i know there s a draft opinion, and it was leaked and it purports to say that, yes, the writing is on the wall. and no one should be naive to the prospect that roe v. wade may, in fact, be overturned. and yet, roe v. wade, again, sitting here today is still supposed to be the law of the land until the supreme court officially says otherwise. but for some governors and abortion clinic operators, the leaked opinion was enough. it s given license to governors to try to anticipate that overturning roe v. wade, according to that opinion, will allow them to decide the issue. remember, alito wanted it to go back to the states. it s about having the individual states being the one to decide how their state will operate. and because of it, some governors are now signing legislation accordingly or hoping to be able to soon. and for some abortion clinic operators, well, state abortion bans have made them stop providing the service entirely out of fear of being sued.
committee? you know in the next few weeks you ll hear the public hearings of the committee. i m surprised that he s not a part of that, but that tells me they actually wanted to get answers and not have the greatest show on earth that would happen in front fortof th cameras. the fact that he entered into a subpoena, answered it and answered questions. he is a person that was actively trying to ask legislators to overturn an election, to overturn the will of the people. so they have rudy giuliani testify for a nine-hour period? i bet they have a lot of information from him. i m sure there s more to come from that. laura, you have yourself a fantastic weekend. thank you, you, too. thank you. i ll see you later. this is don lemon tonight. here s the breaking news tonight. first, in person rudy giuliani meeting with the january 6 committee for nine hours. rudy giuliani, personal attorney to then-president and the number one promoter of the big lie of election fraud was

unfortunately, the mccormick legal team is following the democrat playbook. he is coming up to the line. this coming week is going to be a test. what they are talking about, there was an unrelated court ruling announced friday about a previous election saying that undated absentee ballots should be counted. the mccormick campaign is seizing on that. they were hoping going into next week to be just a few hundred votes behind. they are more than 1,000 behind. it s going to be a challenge. it s going to be fascinating to watch the oz campaign to see if they follow the trump playbook, declare victory. the challenge is, they need some of the ac absentee ballots. it s hard to delegitimize a process going on. how long is the oz campaign going to play it on the up and up, or when are they going to
