Week. Maybe thats where he got it. At long last, charges were filed today against the three policemen who stood by and did nothing as their fellow officer ended George Floyds life. That officer, derek chauvin, has been charged with seconddegree murder and Second Degree manslaughter. The other three were charged with aiding and abetting those charges, which is good news. A long time coming. There have been protests now in all 50 states. And thats a pretty big deal. We cant even get all 50 states onboard for Daylight Saving time. The whole world has been watching and weighing in. Even the Chinese Government said they hope the u. S. Will take concrete measures to eliminate all forms of racial discrimination. In chicago some ways this was very specific in the wicker park neighborhood. Theyre hitting Liquor Stores and salons, getting bottles of shampoo. Hitting clothing stories.
