A man tells nbc news about a decades old conversation he had with a friend who told him about sexual encounters he had with hastert. At the time his friend was a teen. The story echoes what jolene burge told. Her brother reinbolt died in 2005. The indictment says hastert paid 3. 5 million to individual a to conceal past misconduct.
