And she buried the babies and paid for the burials. And she said she felt it was kind of like the second time she went it like the babies maybe, i dont know, like helping her. It was interesting, but she wanted two times. Thats crazy. Yeah, once someone else. Well but you are pretty lucky in other ways, dont you think . You get to live here. Thats good. Hey. Good morning. Streets. City attorney david chu tells me city workers are offering housing to the unhoused. And over half of them are declining services. The dispute comes after the coalition on homelessness sued the city in december of 2022, limiting Law Enforcement of the existing ordinance against sitting, lying or sleeping on public property. Its made it very challenging for us to move forward with a compassion based approach of services and shelter while also being able to maintain safe and clean streets. City officials are hoping this clarification from the courts helps them clear dangerous sidewalks filled with open drug use. Its hard to ignore because its right under your nose. Like everywhere you see, you see somebody hitting foil. Everywhere you see, you see a hand off. The mayors blog post saying the plaintiffs in the case will continue to interfere with their work, accusing activists of handing out

We found those districts invested on average 40 less money in buildings then which are School Districts, with even larger disparities between majority white and Majority Black School districts. And many state governments make the disparity worse. Our analysis of federal data shows that on average, blue states give majority White School Districts almost 4 times more money for Capital Investments and majority black districts. We saw in maryland, Baltimore City School District with a black population twice as high as Baltimore County School District, and Lower Per Capita income, got 19 million from local property taxes from Capital Spending last year. Baltimore county, 201 million. That breaks down to 1800 per student in the wealthier, less diverse district, versus Baltimore City, where it is 244. That is seven times more. Reporter is is acceptable . Know. Absolutely not. It is just what we have to live with. Ou
