NATO has announced the launch of its largest exercise in decades in a move that Russia has viewed as an “irrevocable return” of Cold War era positions.
Among other pressing matters, NATO needs to start talking now about updating its maritime strategy, writes James Foggo, dean of the Center for Maritime Strategy.
"If you don't have logistics, you will fail on the battlefield. That means we’ve got to boost our infrastructure and our supply chain, and that means ordinance because we're throwing a lot of ordinance at the problem."
