But tonight his fraternity and his family are mourning his death. A student chi lam died this afternoon. Paramedics rushed him to the hospital yesterday morning after what police say was a case of hit and run. Chi was crossing the street in front of his frat house. Members of the fraternity spent the day raising funds for his family and remembering their friend. Chi was a very countyhearted, happy person. He was always smiling.
