The problems need to be solved by an outsider who will take a fresh look at the way business is done in san jose. Kenneth kelly, a former board member of san jose Crime Stoppers hopes the new police chief will commit to staying on the job at least five years. We need to hire a police chief who really understands diversity. Who really gets the notion. This is an incredibly diverse town. They need to relate to people from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
