Issued an order to secure all cranes. New restrictions went into effect earlier this month after a crane collapsed in tribeca killing a pedestrian. Cranes are now required to go into safety mode when winds are forecast to hit 20 Miles Per Hour. Thats a manhole cover just exploding in elizabeth.
