Today we are welcoming the author of a dozen books on president ial families, including four full length first lady biographies and an overview of all the families who made their home in the white house. We wrote a two volume history americas first family an inside view of 200 years of private life in the white house. He served as a consultant to the smithsonian interpretation of the exhibit and was a librarys historian until 2017.
