Another crash caused problems for drivers earlier this morning. Two cars crashed head on reading near elsinore avenue around 2 30. One driver, who was going the wrong way on the ramp. Crashed head on into another car traveling south. She had to be cut out of the car. Both drivers were taken to the hospital.
