This opportunity is for one of Flexability’s clients  Summary: The New York office has an immediate opening for a 3rd-4th year associate to join our Estate Trusts and Tax Planning group, which focuses on servicing the trusts and estates needs of high-net-worth individuals and families. The successful candidate will have broad exposure to will-drafting, estate planning, estate and trust administration, and settlement. Strong academic background required with a tax background, LLM in tax-preferred but not required. Exceptional research and writing skills, team-oriented and committed work ethic. Strong background in estates, gift, and fiduciary income tax-preferred in a large firm environment. Must be admitted and in good standing as a member of the NY State Bar. Current or prior employment with an Am Law 100 firm is a plus.
