A woman, Adeyinka Igbinoba, has raised the alarm about alleged harassment and intimidation by operatives of the Nigeria Police Special Weapons and Tactics Team (SWAT) over a case with the Amen Estate boss and Chief Sade Balogun, Harmony Garden and Estate Development Limited boss, Saheed Mosadoluwa. SaharaReporters had earlier reported that Igbinoba accused the Nigerian police, owner of Amen Estate, Sade Gbadamosi, of covering for a land agent who allegedly broke her leg in a tussle over a N30million deal.

An activist, Dr. Sandra Duru, has petitioned the office of the Inspector-General of Police, Usman Baba, requesting that the IGP monitoring unit cancels and reinvestigates the case between Amen Estate boss, Chief Sade Balogun, Harmony Garden and Estate Development Limited boss, Saheed Mosadoluwa and one Adeyinka Igbinoba. Igbinoba had alleged that Mosadoluwa and his thugs attacked her for daring to ask him to refund N30 million collected from her siblings and about a parcel of land which was later found to be fraudulent.

The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Limited, Hon. Saheed Audullahi Mosadoluwa, popularly known as Mr Ibile has reacted to a statement released by the Nigeria Police Public Relation Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi, accusing him of brutalising a businesswoman, Adeyinka Igbinoba.  

Police to prosecute Lagos estate owners for attack on resident

The Police High Command, yesterday, promised to ensure that justice is served to the Lagos estate subscriber, who was allegedly attacked by his landlords and owners of Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Limited and Amen Estate.
